Death of Mrs. D. A. Armstrong
Mrs. David A. Armstrong died Tuesday morning of this week at the family home three miles south of this city. Pneumonia was the cause of her death and she had been ill but a few days. The deceased was a native of Missouri, having been born in Putnam county, this state, in November, 1862. In 1881 she was married to David A. Armstrong. To Mr. and Mrs. Armstrong were born, Lloyd T., of Warrensburg; George P., of Omaha, Nebraska; Guy W., of Brazil, Indiana; Mrs. Lewis Warnick, of Warrensburg; Mrs. Esther Nelson, of Wichita, Kansas; and Mrs. Anna Baughman, of Omaha, Nebraska. The family moved to this vicinity twelve years ago. The deceased was a good woman and held in high esteem by her neighbors and those who knew her. The many friends extend sympathy to the bereaved ones.
