Evelyn Louise Davison was born September 1, 1926 at Moorefield, Nebraska, departed this life April 14, 1932 at Curtis, Nebr., at the age of 5 years, 7 months and 14 days.

She leaves to mourn her departure her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Davison and little brother, Lewis, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Woolstrum, Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Davison and two great grandfathers, John Whitney and Solomon Davison and a host of other relatives.

Evelyn was a sweet and loving child and will be greatly missed in her home.

Her foremost desire was to go home to see Jesus.

But our loss will only be Heaven’s gain,
for we know our Heavenly Father doeth all things well.
She wanted to be with Jesus,
He has called her home to rest
From the love of her father
The love of her mother
But God knows what is best.

Funeral service was held at the community church building at Moorefield last Friday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock conducted by Rev. E. C. Barton of Farnam. A large crowd was in attendance. Burial was in the Moorefield cemetery.
