Ed Hall, 77, years of age, Watson resident, who sustained serious burns on February 25th when his home was destroyed by fire passed away at the Hamburg hosital on Monday, March 11th, just two weeks from the day he was injured.

James Edward Hll was born February 15th, 1869, and had lived in Watson many years. At the time the Hall property on Watson's Main street caught fire Mr. Hall attempted to salvage some of the household effects and suffered serious burns about his head and hands.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. W. Tandy at the Watson Presbyterian church Wednesday afternoon. Burial was at High Creek cemetery.
