Mrs. Linnie Teel Dies on Eppley Av.
Mrs. Linnie Pyle Teel, widow of Peter A. Teel, died early this morning at her home at 827 Eppley avenue following a three-year illness of heart failure.
Born in Perry county, Mrs. Teel was the daughter of the late Ebenezer and Mary Lehew Pyle. She had lived for a time in Nebraska, later returning to make her home in South Zanesville, before moving to her present address.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Goldie Lewellyn; a son-in-law, William Lewellyn; two granddaughters, Linnie Mae and Martha Lou Lewellyn, all of the home; three sisters, Mrs. Lou V. Guinn of Bartlesville, Okla., Mrs. Tora Linn of Sandusky and Mrs. Bessie Taylor of Columbus; a brother, Emmett E. Pyle of New Concord and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 4 o’clock Sunday afternoon at the South Zanesville Methodist church, preceded by a short service at the home at 12:30 with Rev. J. W. Sudlow officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn. The body will be returned to the home Saturday morning from the Thompson funeral home.
