Passed away Sunday, September 25, 1988, at Sun Valley Manor. Age 86 years. Clara M. Davidson was born June 12, 1902 in Nebraska coming to Saginaw in 1936. She was married to Emil Knoedler March 22, 1922. He survives her. She attended Saginaw Wesleyan Church. Surviving besides her husband are three daughters and two sons, Agnes May, Saginaw; Elaine Hausser, Saginaw; Evonne Francis, East Tawas; Gale Knoedler, Atlanta, Ga.; William Knoedler, Saginaw; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Lucy Davidson, Lincoln, Neb.; one niece, Marie Coretto, Connecticut. Two brothers predeceased her.

Funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Case Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway. Pastor Bob Tibbits will officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday. Those planning an expression of sympathy may with to consider the American Cancer Society.
