Funeral services will take place Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Burr Mortuary, 2310 Central avenue, for Guy T. Dawson, 61, who died Wednesday at his home, 3116 Polk street N.E. Rev. J. Lee Lewis will officiate. Interment will be in Hillside cemetery. Mr. Dawson, who was born in Oil City, Pa., came to Minneapolis 31 years ago. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Violet Dawson; two daughters, Miss Isabella Dawson of Minneapolis and Mrs. Byrd Robertson, Jr., of Helena, Mont., and three sons, Kenneth and Glen of Minneapolis and Harold of Santa Ana, Calif. Mr. Dawson was a member of the North Lights Lodge No. 121 of the I.O.O.F., and also of the New Boston camp of the Modern Woodmen of the World.
