Death Comes to Mrs. Louis Lord
Mrs. Louis Lord, 61, Percival, Ia., died Saturday afternoon at 4:30 o’clock at the Brown general hospital in Nebraska City. She had been ill for some time.
Mrs. Lord was born at Percival, June 17, 1883, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Woods. She was married to Louis Lord September 12, 1901.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Carl Snyder, Omaha, and Charlotte and Maxine Lord of Nebraska City. Charlotte is the Second avenue kindergarten teacher and Maxine is an operator at the Besse beauty shop. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. W. H. Craig of Tacoma, Wash., and Mrs. Lena Reeves of Santa Ana, Calif., and a brother, Ray Woods, Tacoma.
Mrs. Lord was a member of the Methodist church.
The body was removed to the Fassbender funeral home. Arrangements had not been made Saturday night.
