Kenneth Wayne Zeeh
The sudden passing last Sunday evening of the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Zeeh of Farnam, was a tremendous shock to their many friends both here and at Eustis.
The little one had been fed and put to bed, the parents going out to do their chores. Within fifteen minutes after leaving the house Mr. Zeeh returned to see if the babe was still sleeping and noticed that it was breathing heavily. Upon investigation he found that the bib which the child wore had blown over its face and the little one was choking, even unconscious.
The Doctor was summoned immediately, and at first thought that the babe, which had regained consciousness, would recover nicely, but within a few minutes a hemmorhage followed which claimed the little life.
Kenneth Wayne Zeeh was born at Farnam, Nebraska, on January 19th, 1930, and passed from this life shortly after seven o’clock on Sunday evening, May 4, 1930, at the tender age of three months and fifteen days.
Kenneth Wayne was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Zeeh. The few weeks of his earthly life brought great happiness to his parents and other relatives and his going from the home leaves two sorrowing hearts to follow their daily duties without the one who most inspired and encouraged them to success.
Funeral services were conducted at the house Monday afternoon by Rev. A. Schulte and interment was made in the Lutheran cemetery at Eustis.
Card of Thanks
We wish to thank our friends, neighbors and relatives, both at Farnam and Eustis, who so kindly gave of their help and sympathy at the sudden death and burial of our babe. We thank those from both towns who sent the beautiful floral offerings. All is appreciated more than words can ever express, and again, we thank you.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Zeeh.
The Farnam Echo, 43(27) Thursday, May 8, 1930.
