Katherine E. Lemmon, 88, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Flossie M. Cronwall, 136 Lincoln street, yesterday after being in Santa Rosa only a month. She had been ill for some time. She had come here from Denver.

She was the widow of Hiram Lemmon and is survived by six other children in Colorado in addition to Mrs. Cromwall. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.

Services will be held tomorrow morning from the Eggen & Porter Funeral home, Dr. Helen Wade officiating. Interment, Odd Fellow’s Lawn Cemetery.

LEMMON—In Santa Rosa, Jan. 6, 1949, Katherine Easter Lemmon; loving mother of Mrs. Flossie M. Cronwall, Santa Rosa, Mrs. Iris Deane and Mrs. Edna Schoonover of Minturn, Colo., T. Allen Lemmon and George Arthur Lemmon of Laconia, Ind., F. Omer Lemmon of Elizabeth, Ind., and John W. Lemmon of La Mesa, Cal.; grandmother of 26, great-grandmother of 15, and great-great-grandmother of 4. A native of Indiana; aged 88 years, 2 months and 24 days.

Funeral services will be held from the Eggen & Porter Funeral Home Saturday morning, Jan. 8, at 11 o’clock, Dr. Helen Wade, officiating. Interment, Odd Fellows’ Lawn Cemetery.
