Lottie V. Fulton, An Invalid For Many Years, Passed Away Dec. 21st
Lottie V. Wingrove was born on October 15, 1873, near Smicksburg, Penna., where she grew to womanhood. She was married to Norval L. Fulton at Emerald Grove, Wis., Sept. 23, 1902. They lived at Beloit, Wis., until 1905, when they went to California for a few months and then came back to Nebraska and settled on a homestead in Frontier county, where they lived until 1933, when they moved to Gothenburg which has been their home since.
She had been an invalid for a number of years, but bore her suffering patiently until the end. She passed peacefully away on Friday Dec. 21, 1945, at the age of 72 years, 2 months and 6 days.
She leaves to mourn her passing, one brother, and a number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at the Chester L. Hugo Funeral Home Monday morning, with Rev. Glenn Porter officiating. Mrs. Frank Schwanz, accompanied by Miss Harriet Quinn, sang “Rock of Ages” and “Good Night and Good Morning.” Pallbearers were Walfred Larson Ted C. Rine, Guy Clark, Jurgen Aden, Marvin Brooks and H. C. Loutzenheiser. Burial was in the Gothenburg cemetery, beside her husband.
