Mrs. Sarah Jane Work, 89, died this morning at the home of her son, C. T. Work and Mrs. Work, 1321 Hunt avenue, following complications resulting in a paralytic stroke Saturday.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Kern and Schneider Funeral hom with Rev. L. B. Scott, pastor of the Church of God officiating. Burial will be in the Clinton cemetery. Mrs. Work had been a resident of Clinton, 11 years.

Survivors include three other sons, Byron of Covington; W. E. of Marshall, Minn.; and J. A. of Haxtun, Colo.; one brother, John Biddle of North Platte, Neb., 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
