FORMER FRANKLIN WOMAN AND HUSBAND KILLED
Mr. and Mrs. Thedius H. Baker, of Linesville, are in Automobile Accident in Georgia
En route to their home in Linesville, after spending the winter in Florida, Mr. and Mrs. Thedius H. Baker, aged about 65, were instantly killed when their automobile was demolished at a grade crossing near Waycross, Ga.
Mrs. Baker, better known here as Mrs. Ella Kerr, was a former resident of Franklin. A son by her former marriage, Byron Kerr, of Farnam, Neb., survives her. Mrs. C. E. Drayer, W. M. Black and John Q. W. Black, of this city, are cousings.
The Bakers have lived in Linesville for the past 12 years, since Mr. Baker retired from farming. They previously were located near Shermanville.
One daughter, Mrs. C. H. Brookins, of Fort Wayne, Ind., seven grandchildren and one great grandchild survive.
The bodies were taken to Waycross, while authorities investigated the accident. The funeral will be held at Linesville.
