Word was received Monday morning in Chardon of the death of Claude W. Glendenning at Arthur, Neb., Sunday night, Dec. 8, at 10 o’clock. The deceased was 53 years of age, unmarried, a farmer by occupation, and former resident of Burton. He had lived in Nebraska 20 years. His father, the late Chas. Glendenning, died many years ago. He leaves an aged mother, Mrs. Melinda Glendenning, and a sister, Mrs. Maud Burr, both of Chardon, and three brothers, Earl and Charles Glendenning, of Garrettsville, and Wm. P. Glendenning of Burton. No particulars have yet been received as to the cause of death.
