The death of Harvey Augustus Fairbank occurred at Los Angeles, Calif., Jan. 2, 1924, from acute myocarditis. Mr. Fairbank was a well known farmer of our south side for many years, and was aged 70 years, 9 months and 7 days. His son, Del Fairbank, arrived at Gothenburg with the remains Monday night, and funeral services were held at the First Baptist church at 1:30 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, conducted by the church pastor, Rev. C. Hasselblad. Interment was made at White Rabbit cemetery.
