Mrs. C. E. Jackson received word that her brother David Seth of Sheridan, Ore., had passed away, March 10th, with interment at the Evergreen cemetery at McMinnville, Ore.

The deceased homesteaded about two miles east of Farnam, in 1885, and will be remembered by many of the early settlers here. He moved to Oregon some twenty years ago, making his home there since.
