William H. Bailey was born in Lincolnshire, England, March 30, 1859. He was married to Minnie A. Baker, Feb. 12, 1890. Came to Worcester, Mass., in 1864. Came west in 1885. He was the father of seven children, all of whom survive him.

He died April 5, 1922, at his home in Greeley, Colo. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Bonell. Interment in the Linn Grove cemetery at Greeley.
