Surviving are seven sons and two daughters, John, George and Clarence of California, Oscar of Farnam, Frank of Gothenburg, August of Arnold, Howard of Bertrand, Edith Donahoo of Cheney and Florence Geer of Carroll, Iowa; 47 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
He joined the Christian church at Wymore about ten years ago.
