Word received from Madison yesterday told of the sad death of Don Divoll, a Sparta student at the university. Divoll died in the Madison hosptial, after only about a week’s sickness of sciatic rheumatism. The parents in Sparta were notified and left last night for Madison.

Divoll was a young man for whom life was just beginning to hold out its brightest promise. He graduated from the local high school in 1909, and was completing his education when the call came. Deep sympathy is felt for the bereaved parents of the young man.
