Mrs. Donald Iburg, nee Viola Kotschwar, daughter of Mrs. Viola Kotschwar of Farnam, passed away March 4, 1953, at the U.S. army hospital in Fort Warren, Wyoming, where she was staying while her husband was stationed at an army camp near there.

She was born southwest of Farnam July 31, 1930, and with the exception of a short time spent at Cozad and the time at Fort Warren, she spent her entire life in this community.

Funeral services were held at the Methodist church in Cozad Sunday afternoon with Rev. Nye Bond officiating and interment was in the Cozad cemetery.
