Mrs. Freda S. Kirk, 59, of 816 West Elm, died at 6:30 a.m. Sunday at Springfield General Osteopathic Hospital, where she had been a patient for 11 days.

Mrs. Kirk, a Springfield resident for 24 years, was a licensed practical nurse.

Survivors include two sisters, Miss Zona G. Stevenson, Oklahoma City, Okla., and Mrs. Iola F. Loftis, 1120 West Pacific; and two brothers, V. Fay Stevenson, Hutchinson, Kan., and L. Meade Stevenson, Oklahoma City, Okla.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Herman Lohmeyer East Chapel, with the Rev. William Boice officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
