The death of Schuyler C. Wilcox occurred at his residence, 996 East Sixth Street. Mr. Wilcox had been a resident of Pomona for about two years and a half. About a year ago his health began to fail and since January he has been a great sufferer but he bore it all uncomplainingly.

Besides a widow he leaves two sons and two daughters. Three of these children live in Nebraska. The funeral services were held this afternoon at 3:30 from the residence, Rev. L. D. Van Arnam of the First Methodist church officiating. Interment in Pomona cemetery.
