Lee Hudson was in receipt of a message the first of the week stating that Frank Waits had died Saturday night at the home of his son Kenneth in Gering following a stroke he suffered Friday evening.

He was an earlier day resident of this community and was a visitor here at Decoration day time.

Funeral services and burial are being held at Gering today.
