William Wolf
William Wolf, 79, a longtime and loved Eustis resident and retired farmer, died Thursday in Cozad. He was born in Frontier County on February [20], 1890.
Mr. Wolf was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife, Bertha; two sons, Howard of Eustis and Arthur of Farnam; two daughters, Mrs. Wilma Van Dallson and Mrs. Julia Yardley, both of LaJolla, California; four brothers, Fred, Loveland, Colorado, Dick of Cozad; Gottlieb and John both of Eustis, four sisters, Mrs. Alma Haggstrom, Ogden, Utah; Mrs. Henry (Pauline) George, North Platte; Mrs. E. M. (Emma) Shaffer, Denver Colorado and Mrs. Simon (Dolly) Wehmeier and several grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Eustis with the Reverend A. H. Roesner officiating.
Music was provided by Mrs. Dennis Rupe, organist; Mrs. Kent Davis, pianist and Wayne Gruber, soloist.
Casketbearers were Dennis Wolf, Wayne Wolf, Donald Wolf, Kermit Smith, Gilbert Rieker and Walter Holbein.
Interment was in the Lutheran Cemetery, with Reynolds Eustis Mercantile Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
