Martha Juanita (Brown) Lynch

Martha Juanita (Brown) Lynch, 78 of Paragould passed away April 24, 2022, from complications of cholangiocarcinoma. She was born June 14, 1943, in her family’ home in Farnam, Nebraska, to Marion (Elwood) and Lillie (Stephens) Brown. She attended and graduated Farnam Schools from 1st grade through 12th.

She married Boyd Mace Lynch November 7, 1971, at the Farnam United Methodist Church. Two daughters were born to this union: Cecily Belle Lynch and Valerie Nell (Lynch) DeMarco.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd and three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her daughters, son in law Michael DeMarco, her beloved grandchildren Mace Michael and Kensington Belle DeMarco all of Paragould. Surviving brothers and sister include: Kenneth Brown of Ashland, Nebraska; Thomas (Claire) Brown of Tucson, Arizona; Vernon (Jan) Brown of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa; and Rosemary Kostman of Kennewick, Washington.

In her spare time, Juanita enjoyed sewing, needlecrafts, all of pets which were rescue cats. She took great pride in her grandchildren and all of their activities. Juanita was an avid genealogist and family historian.

She was a life long member of the Farnam United Methodist Church having joined at the age of 10.

A memorial service will be held in Paragould First United Methodist Church, Saturday, April 30, at 2 p.m. A service in Farnam is pending.
