News dispatches tell of the death of Lester L. Harris, 41, at an Omaha hospital on Wednesday of last week. He has been employed by the Associated Retailers of Omaha for the past 17 years but prior to going to Omaha 22 years [ago] he resided at Farnam. His wife, before their marriage, was Miss Ruth Dawson, a Farnam girl. Besides his wife, he leaves three daughters, two sons and three brothers to mourn his death. Funeral services were held at Omaha Friday with Benson post No. 112 of the American Legion in charge of committal services.
