Mrs. Celind[a] Cloyd, was born in Wisconsin May 18, 1854, and passed from this life at Farnam, Nebr., July 26, 1916, age 62 years three months and 11 days.

In the passing away of Mrs. Cloyd, the town of Farnam has lost a true, noble Christian mother and friend, and the community stands united in extending sympathy to the loved ones.

The deceased had been an earnest and loyal member of the Baptist church for years, and although she had not been able to attend services for some time, she was always interested in every detail of the church work, and always ready to give a word of sympathy and encouragement.

The funeral services were held in the Baptist church Sunday, July 30th, at 3:00 p. m. conducted by Revs. Irvin and Gillet. Interment was made in the Farnam cemetery.
