Bridget (Kelly) Wrin
Bridget Kelly was born in County Linerick, Ireland February 15, 1837 and died at Farnam March 2, 1933. Age 96 years and 15 days.
When a child she came with her family to America and they settled at Coburg, Ontario, Canada.
She was married at Coburg to Patrick Wrin, February 12, 1872. To this union was born two sons: Wm. G. and John J.
In 1873 they moved to the oil region of northwest Pennsylvania where her husband engaged in the mercantile business until 1887. At that time they moved west settling at Farnam where Mr. Wrin continued in the mercantile business until 1905.
They then moved to the farm northwest of Farnam where she resided at the time of her death. Her husband died November 13, 1913.
She is survived by her two sons, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. H. E. McGuire of Portland, Oregon and Mrs. U. P. Schwartz of Toronto, Canada.
In childhood she was baptized in the Catholic church and she continued a devoted member throughout her long life. Her religion was always a source of comfort and consolation to her.
She was laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery with the last rites of the church conducted by Rev. Father Landall of Curtis.
