Former Frontier County assessor, Alvin Taylor died recently at his home in Buffalo, Mo. A native of Moorefield, he was born Aug. 30, 1918.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Elain Clough and Jean Box, both of Casper, Wyo.; his mother, Lelia Tannyhill of Farnam; one sister, Roberta Newcomb of Aurora; one brother, Marvin of Red Feather Lake, Colo.; and grandchildren.

Services and burial was in Buffalo.
