Cozad -- Gloria C Parker, 68 of Cozad died September 23, 1991 at her home.

She was born December 25, 1925, at Minneapolis, Minnesota to Otto and Ida Grawunder Fuerbringer. She graduated from high school at Minneapolis.

She married Wilson Parker on September 21, 1944. They lived at Gothenburg before moving to Cozad in 1950. She worked at a restaurant before being employed as a secretary at Evans Bakery, retiring in 1990. She was a member of the Episcopal Church. B.P.O.E. Does and American Association of Retired Persons.

Survivors include her husband of Cozad; three sons, David (Jeanie) of San Jose, California; Doug (Julie) of Cozad; and Darrel (Jonelle) of Sterling, Colorado; a brother, Bob Peterson of Minneapolis, Minnesota; two sisters, Ruth Sawyer of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Dorothy Fuerbringer of Bakersfield, California; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Berryman Funeral Home Chapel in Cozad with the Reverend Lee Pedersen officiating. Burial will be at Fort McPherson National Cemetery at Maxwell.

Visitation will be 3 - 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the Berryman Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

A memorial has been established.
