Word was received here last week of the death of Edwin Ewing, 63, of Salem, Oregon. Mr. Ewing died April 21.

He was a former railroad depot agent in Farnam. He is survived by his wife; a son, Edwin of Salem, Oregon; two daughters, Lois Seymour of Olympia, Wash.; and Doris of California; seven grandchildren; four brothers and two sisters.
