Leonard N. Earhart, 70, of Moorefield died Nov. 1, 1995, at Elm Creek as the result of an automobile accident.

He was born Sept. 7, 1925, at Moorefield to Richard and Ruby Walther Earhart. He was a lifetime resident of the Moorefield community.

Survivors include, his wife, Carrie, of Moorefield; two daughters, Linda (Burtus) Knepp of Norfolk and Kathy (Brett) Bonini of Stockville; five sons, Richard (Gladys) of Stockville, Roger (Jan) of Eustis, Landy (Sheri) of Maywood, Don of Lexington and Tony; a sister, Iona Lenz of Moorefield; 17 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Moorefield Senior Center with the Rev. Allen Hodges officiating. The body was cremated.

Wetzel Funeral Home in Curtis is in charge of arrangements.
