Albert Louis Bosch
Albert Bosch, the son of Gotthold Bosch and his wife Rosina Weber, was born on a farm northeast of Farnam, May 25, 1900. Several years later the family moved to a farm two miles north of Eustis. He was baptized in infancy and confirmed in the Eustis Methodist Church, April 12, 1914. In about 1919 Albert moved back to the Farnam area where he farmed all his life.
On April 29, 1931, he was united in marriage to Esther Seifer of Sutherland at North Platte. To this union two children were born: one daughter, Doris Jean and one son, Gene Laverne.
He served on the rural school board, the Farnam Co-op elevator board and was a member of several farm organizations. He received his 50-year membership pin in the United Methodist Church in 1970.
Albert passed away unexpectedly at his home near Farnam, March 13, 1972, at the age of 71, 9 months and 18 days. He was preceeded in death by his parents, two sisters and three brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Esther, one son, Gene, daughter, Doris Bellamy and four grandchildren; Linda, Bruce, Greg and Karen Bellamy of Farnam, one brother John, also of Farnam, numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends remain to cherish his memory.
Services were held Thursday, March 16, at the Eustis United Methodist church with Rev. Conley Hinrichs as clergyman. Music was provided by organist, Mrs. Ray Buehner and vocalists, Mrs. Cloid Ringenberg and Mrs. Leo Bartruff.
Casket Bearers were Leonard Rieker, Martin Schurr, Raymond Buehner, Arthur Schurr, Kent Davis and Jack Schultz. Interment was at the United Methodist Cemetery at Eustis.
