GOTHENBURG — Vincent G. Whitney, 85, formerly of Farnam, died Thursday morning in a Scottsbluff rest home. He was born June 25th, 1881 in Nebraska. Survivors include three sons, Arthur of Torrington, Wyo., Leonard of Bremerton, Wash., and Clyde of White City, Ore.; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene of Farnam with the Rev. Robert Couture officiating. Burial will be in the Farnam Cemetery with the McVay-Olesen Funeral Home in charge.
