Mrs. Mary Alice Wear passed away on Friday, June 23, 1972, at Lemon Grove, Calif. Born on July 11, 1883, she was near her 89th birthday.

She is survived by four daughters: Mrs. Bernice Brown of Brady, Mrs. Elta Yant of Lincoln, Mrs. Betty Norgaard of Euless, Texas, and Mrs. ImoJean Lamm of Bismark, Ark., and four sons: Elvin Wear of Colorado Springs, Colo., Harold of Keokuk, Iowa, Raymond of Rolling Hills, Calif., and LaVerne of San Diego, Calif.

Services were held Wednesday morning in the Farnam Nazarene Church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Kenneth Coursey. Mrs. Audrey Kotschwar and Mrs. Delores Nickerson sang, with Mrs. Evelyn Davis as their accompanist.

Pallbearers were Elvin Wear, LaVerne Wear, Basil Brown, Harold Wear, Raymond Wear and Clarence Brown. Interment was in Farnam Cemetery.
