KEARNEY — LeRoy Max Thomas, 62, of Kearney died Saturday, March 5, 2005, at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Farnam Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Viter officiating.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Godberson Mortuary in Gibbon.

He was born Feb. 2, 1943, in Shelton to William and Ruth (Zimmerman) Thomas.

On Oct. 22, 1960, he married Julia McMichael in Farnam. She died in 1989.

Survivors include his son, Troy of Rosharon, Texas; daughters, Charity of Tyler, Texas, Cindy of Broken Bow and Debra of Erie, Pa.; brothers, Billie of Wood River and Bob of Shelton; sisters, Anna Tavenner and Joan Green, both of Kearney; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
