Dr. Reeves reports the birth of twins to Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Preston, Sunday, Feb. 21. One was born dead and the other is very feeble. Mrs. Preston is also in very poor health.

Later—The other babe died, Thursday. Mrs. P– is better.
