Clinton C. Nickerson, 30, 15 South Garfield, North Platte, died at the North Platte Hospital. He was born March 29, 1954 at North Platte to Clifford C. and Pearl R. (Sheffield) Nickerson.

In 1958, he moved to Lexington with his family, living there for 12 years and returning to North Platte in 1970. He graduated from North Platte High School with the class of 1972.

In addition to his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Clifford Nickerson of North Platte, survivors include one brother, Bradley S. and his wife, Andrea, of North Platte; one sister, Priscilla R. (Bob) Meester of Lexington; and two nieces.

Services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dennis Hendrick officiating. Burial will be in the Farnam cemetery at Farnam.

The casket will not be opened following the services. A memorial has been established to the Cancer Society.
