EUSTIS — Vergil L. Mayden, 60, Eustis died Monday in the Cozad Hospital. He was born Nov. 4, 1910 in Billings, Mo.

Survivors include his wife, Olive; one son, Donald, Sunland, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Welch, Eustis, and Mrs. Virginia Adkisson, Farnam; eight grandchildren; five brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Church of the Nazarene in Farnam. Burial will be in the Farnam Cemetery.

McVay Funeral Home of Gothenburg is in charge of arrangements.
