GOTHENUBRG — Mrs. Lula E. Lydic, 89, of Farnam, died Friday in the Gothenburg Hospital. She was born March 11, 1880 in Shambaugh, Iowa.

Survivors include her husband, Robert, Farnam; two sons, Frank, Joliet, Ill., and R. Wray, Farnam; two daughters, Mrs. S. Alverda Hamm, Norfolk, Va., and Mrs. Anna Peterman, Farnam; eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Farnam United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Coursey officiating.

Burial will be in the Farnam Cemetery with McVay Funeral Home of Gothenburg in charge of arrangements.
