A former resident of Eustis, Nellie Kugler, 88, died Tuesday in Covina, Calif. She was born Nov. 27, 1891, in Lincoln County, Neb.

Survivors include six stepdaughters, Leah Thomas of Stockton, Calif., Letha Covey of Curtis, Opal McClelland of North Platte, Minnie Wilson of Schafer Lake, Calif., Annabelle Messersmith of Maywood, and Dorothy Miles of Eldorado, Mo.; one half-sister, Mrs. Clara Cooke of Covina, Calif.; one half-brother, Lyle Harper of Los Angeles, Calif.; one nephew; and one great-niece.

Services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Farnam with the Rev. Karl Lent officiating. Burial will be in the Farnam Cemetery.

Wetzel Funeral Home of Curtis is in charge of arrangements.
