Ella E. Kister, 83, died in a Gothenburg Nursing Home Tuesday morning, Nov. 9, 1976. She was born at Moorefield October 21, 1893. She had lived in California and Colorado for many years before moving to Nebraska in 1975.

Survivors include three sisters: Mrs. Charles (Clara) Clement, Farnam; Mrs. Glenn (Rose) Dawson, Santa Ana, Ca., and Mrs. Anne Rodham of Table Rock, nieces and nephews.

Services were held Friday, Nov. 12 at McVay Memorial Chapel in Gothenburg with Rev. Lisle Mewmaw officiating. Pallbearers were Ellis Widick, Leon Kotschwar, Ray Grabenstein, Robert Grabenstein, Dean Reynolds, Douglas Gengenbach. Interment was in the Farnam Cemetery.
