Obituary

Cora Belle Cloyd was born at Milligan, Fillmore county, Nebr., Oct 8th, 1877 and departed this life at her home, seven miles northwest of Moorefield, Jan. 3rd, 1921.

She moved with her parents to Moorefield, Nebraska in 1893.

She was united in marriage to E. F. Hul[e]n, March 17, 1897. To this union were born three children one boy and two girls. Alvan H. and an infant which passed away in infancy and Dessa May. She was a kind wife and a loving mother and was well known to the people of Farnam, having made their home here for several years.

She moved with her family to Moorefield in 1917.

She has been a patient sufferer for many months and all was done that could be done to relieve her suffering but no avale. She was converted and united, with the Methodist church in Farnam and was a member of the Pleasant home Methodist church, north west of Moorefield at the time of her death.

She leaves to mourn a husband, two children, six brothers and two sisters, besides a host of friends. The funeral services were held at the home Jan. 5th, 1921, conducted by Rev. T. E. Gillet, pastor of the Methodist church at Farnam, the remains were laid to rest in the Farnam cemetery.

The family have the sympathy of the entire community.
