Obituary Collection
W. A. Hobbs

A telephone message received here from Cambridge states that W. A. Hobbs, who resides south of Farnam died yesterday in the hospital at that place.

Mr. Hobbs had been suffering with a sore toe and went to the hospital a week ago last Sunday for treatment, but the foot was already infected, and although everything possible was done to save him, death came at about 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon.

W. Hobbs had been a resident of this vicinity for the past 32 years, and was always known as a kind and loving husband, and a man whose word was as good as gold, in fact, he was one of Nebraska's most noble citizens and he leaves a host of friends as well as relatives to mourn his loss.

At this writing we have been unable to find particulars regarding funeral arrangements.
