Clifford Matthew Heath

Clifford Matthew Heath, son of Eli and Clara Heath, was born on August 16, 1888, in Jones county, Iowa, and passed away at his home at Ingham, Nebr., May 8, 1948, at the age of 59 years, 8 months and 22 days. When he was one year of age he came with his parents to Moorefield and his entire life has been spent in and around Ingham.

He was united in marriage to Myra Caster September 19, 1918. To this union were born five children, three sons and two daughters: Francis of Maryville, Mo., Dorothy Hatch of Stoneham, Colorado, Evelyn Donner of Moorefield, Clifford Junior and Stanley at home.

He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife, five children, 7 grandchildren, one sister, Ida Harder of Newton, Iowa; two brothers, Sam and Roy of Farnam, and other relatives and a host of friends. His father and mother, one sister and one brother preceded him in death.

For a number of years Mr. Heath has not been privileged to enjoy the best of health, but his death came suddenly and was a shock to all who knew him.

He was a kind father and a loving husband and will be greatly missed by them and the community. He will be remembered as one who was always willing to assist when help was needed.

Funeral services were held Monday from the Olesen Funeral Home to the Farnam Baptist church and were conducted by Rev. Stanley Malmgren and Rev. Fern McCaig.

Interment in Farnam cemetery.
