Georgia (Kerr) Elder
FARNAM — Georgia Lucille Elder, 65, of Cassville, Mo., formerly of Farnam, died Wednesday [Sept. 17, 1975] in a Springfield, Mo., hospital. She was born Sept. 18, 1909, in Farnam [to F. Byron and A. Mertyce (Thompson) Kerr].
Mrs. Elder, stenographer for D X Oil Company for 35 years, was a member of the United Methodist Church and Golden Harvest Club of Cassville.
Survivors include two brothers, Fordyce Kerr of Cassville and Gary A. Kerr of Largo, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Walters and Mrs. Catherine Kinman, both of Cassville; two nephews, Ron Stear of Cozad and Rodger Stear of Lyman; and two nieces, Mrs. Ivan (Shirley) Paulsen of Cozad and Mrs. Sharon Bowen of McLane, Va.
Services will be this afternoon at Culver Chapel in Cassville.
The body will be brought to Berryman Funeral Home in Cozad where visitation will be Monday until time of graveside services.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Farnam Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard S. Clark of Farnam First United Methodist Church officiating.
A memorial has been established to the Cancer Fund.
