Frank McCabe Dawson was born near Farnam, June 27, 1893 and died December 12, 1918 from bronchial pneumonia at the age of 25 years, 5 months, and 15 days.

The deceased united with the Congregational Church in the spring of 1911. He grew to young manhood in this vicinity. Frank was always thoughtful of his father and mother and exceptionally good to all his family; showing his characteristics in his neighbors and friends. He was particularly fond of children and popular with the young people of the community.

He leaves to mourn his father, John V. Dawson and his mother, Ida McCabe Dawson, two brothers, Glen and Merle and two sisters, Gayle and Ruth besides a number of relatives.

Frank Dawson was well thought of by all who knew him and will be missed by everyone.

Rev. H. H. Pollard officiated at the funeral assisted by Rev. T. E. Gllet. The service was held in the Dawson home where gathered many friends and neighbors.
