Clifton Davis, son of Mr. and Mrs. U.F. Davis, died, Tuesday and the remains was laid to rest in the Farnam cemetery, Wednesday. Funeral services were held in the Baptist church in this village and were conducted by Rev. J. E. Craig assisted by Rev. A.E. Murlless.

A large number of relatives and friends and the teachers and pupils of the Farnam High School and intermediate department attended the service and followed the remains to its last resting place.

Clifton was a student in the high school and held in highest esteem by his teachers and school mates. He was the only child of his parents and his death leaves the home desolate. His parents and aged grandparents have the sympathy of the entire community.

OBITUARY

Clifton E. Davis was born July 28, 1888 at Humbolt, Nebraska. He was converted seven years ago and united with the Seventh Day Baptist Church at Farnam, Nebr. He died April 25, 1905, aged 16 years, 8 months and 28 days.
