Alice Allen, aged about 12 years, died at the J. J. Allen home north of town yesterday morning at 5 o'clock.

She had been the victim of a slight accident a few days prior to her death, but had recovered sufficiently to be around again. Sunday she had a relapse and gradually grew worse until the end came yesterday morning.

The funeral services were held at the Allen home at 12:30 today. Rev. G. M. Griffiths, pastor of the Congregational church officiating.
