Donna Bottita

Funeral services for Donna Bottita were November 16 at McVay Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ronald Sullivan of the Farnam Nazarene Church officiating. Music was provided by Mr. and Mrs. Paul Sukraw.

Donna, 60, died November 11 at Edison, New Jersey. She was born December 23, 1924, to David and Minnie Moore Banks. She was raised near Farnam and graduated from Farnam High School. She had been a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Avenel, New Jersey, for 25 years. She was president of the Uniglobe Pacesetter Travel Agency in Edison, New Jersey. She was past president of the Federated Women's Club in Colonia, New Jersey, and a member of the Democratic County Committee Women in New Jersey, the John F. Kennedy Hospital Women's Auxiliary in Edison, New Jersey, and the Lions Auxiliary in Iselin, New Jersey.

She is survived by her husband, Charlie of Colonia, New Jersey; three daughters, Sharyl Byank of Sicklerville, New Jersey, Dr. Vicki (Mrs. Radu) Teodorescu of New York, New York, and Cindy Byank of Avoca, Pennsylvania; two stepsons, Tony Bottita of Boca Raton, Florida, and Richard Bottita of Sacremento, California; her mother, Minnie Banks of Clarion, Iowa; one sister, Phyllis Thornton of Clarion, Iowa; one brother, John Banks of Morrison, Illinois; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Francis Marie Byank.

Pallbearers were Radu Teodorescu, Anthony Bottita, Wes Grady, Kent Davis, Alvin Bringelson and Orville Gaibler. Burial was in the Farnam Cemetery.
