Mabel Oletor Bloise, daughter of Raymond and Hazel Bellamy, was born north of Loomis on Jan. 8, 1919. She passed away in Casper, Wyo., on Jan. 12, 1983 at the age of 64 years and 4 days.

She grew up around Moorefield, attended high school in Ingham and graduated from Curtis. She later obtained her B.A. degree from Kearney State College.

She taught school for many years in this area and in Idaho.

She is survived by her three children, Larry and his wife Carol, of Casper, Wyo., Dennis of Corvallis, Ore., and Marietta of Kearney; and four grandchildren, Eric, Michelle, Alex and Anais.

Also, six Bellamy brothers, Maurice of Bartley, Horace of Cambridge, Noble and Kenneth, both of Farnam, Jack of Arapahoe and Joe of Elwood; six sisters-in-law and one sister, Harriet McCormack and brother-in-law Edward of Elwood.

She also leaves 13 nephews, four nieces, seven great-nieces and six great-nephews as well as many other relatives and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one infant brother and one nephew.

Services were held Saturday, Jan. 15 and she was laid to rest in the Farnam Cemetery.
